Online Account
Ensure you have an account with us, you can do this on the link below.
 If you do not have an account at the time of us invoicing we will email you an account activation email. Complete with your full name, shipping & billing address, mobile or contact number not just your email address.
This will enable us to forward an invoice for your purchases. 
Committing To Purchase
When you comment to buy on one of our Live Shopping Events the item then is assigned to you and made unavailable to other shoppers. This is no different to purchasing from our website; when you comment you commit to purchase. Any items not required after the live event has finished payment will still be required and the returns process will apply.
Ordering On Behalf Of Someone Else 
If you are commenting to purchase but wish for someone else to be invoiced on your behalf, the customer being invoiced must be present on the live to confirm this. 
Once your Invoice has been issued your items will be reserved for the specified time frame. After this time items are automatically re-stocked and made available for Re-Sale which could result in you losing your items.
Management have the right to cancel your order without notice. 
Once Received Your Invoice
Please check your order is correct before clinking on the
 Any discrepancies/errors please notify us via email quoting your Invoice Number as any changes cannot be made after payment has been made. 
Complete Payment
Log in to your account and check all contact details are up to date and complete. Orders cannot be fulfilled for shipping without these details. Shipping Tracking cannot be sent without the correct email address.
Shipping/Click & Collect 
The SHIPPING OPTION will automatically be selected. To amend to PICK UP
select the CHANGE tab to the right hand side of the SHIP TO box and scroll down and select PICK UP. This option cannot be rectified after payment has been made.
PICK UP - Once your order has been processed for collection you will receive a
SHIP - Once your order has been processed for delivery you will receive an email of us and also one off our Courier Service containing your Tracking Information.
POSTAGE CHARGE -  UK Standard £4.49 for a parcel. Multiple orders cannot always be guaranteed in one parcel. Please see shipping page for full details.
Discount Codes are NOT VALID on manually issued invoices.
Discount Codes are only valid on online purchases direct from our website.

Online Credit/Gift Vouchers: Please Enter The 16 Digit Number - Code must be entered at time of payment, errors cannot be rectified after this time.
 Processing Your Order
Once payment has been received all orders are processed with in 2 working days (Mon - Fri excluding Bank Holidays)
PICK UP – Once your order has been processed you will receive a ‘READY FOR COLLECTION’ notification via email/sms. Do not collect until this notification has been received as you parcel will not have been processed.
 Quote your NAME & ORDER NUMBER on collection. 
SHIP - Once your order has been processed for shipping you will receive an email stating your order has been fulfilled. You will also receive an email off our Courier with your full tracking information once your order is in their system.
Miss Use Of This Service
Please be aware that when you comment on our Buy Lives you are committing to purchase. Any miss use of our service may result in you no longer being able to use the Buy Live facility. However you can still purchase on our website.
