ONLINE RETURNS POLICY ONLY - See In Store For Boutique Returns Policy
LOVE FAITH HOPE BOUTIQUE want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please thoroughly check your goods once received and ensure they meet your approval. If for any reason you are not satisfied please email us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your goods where we will try and resolve any issues.
When trying on clothing please take care to remove any watches and jewellery that may cause damage to delicate fabric. Also please ensure you are not wearing fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark the fabric. Please make sure that goods are returned to us unworn and in their original packaging with all original labels and tags attached for inspection as failure to do so will result in us being unable to accept the return. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on, pierced jewellery & underwear. In addition, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed. Footwear will only be accepted back if returned unworn, no marks on the soles and in its original undamaged box.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you wish to return an item for a full refund, you can do so and all Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. You must notify us by email giving your Full Name, Order Number & Reason. Returns will be at your own expense.
We do not accept exchanges for wrong sizes ordered. Please ensure you check the sizing before ordering. If you do wish to return the item for a different size, you must return the item for a full refund with the postage cost at your expense and re-order the correct size. Unfortunately our delivery charge cannot be refunded.
If you are returning an item because it is faulty, or due to an error on our part, we will do our best to resolve the issue. You have 30 days from the date of Purchase or if ordered online from the date of receiving your item.
Any costs incurred for returning the item back to us will be refunded up to the same original p&p value. Please make sure you have proof of postage and a receipt for these costs as proof will be required to refund the cost.
All refunds will be issued within 14 working days of us receiving the item back. Until the item has been received back to us in the same condition it was sent, it is your responsibility. LOVE FAITH HOPE BOUTIQUE will not be responsible for lost parcels. Please email us quoting your Name & Order Number, we will then email you the Returns Procedure.
SALE, PROMOTION & FINAL REDUCTIONS ITEMS
Sale, Promotional & Final Reduction Items can only be returned for a Credit Note which will be issued in the form of a Gift Card which is valid for 3 months from the date of return. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving. Return Postage will be at your own expense.

Full Payment must be made at time of Order. Our 14 Day Returns Policy will start as soon as the item is collected. Returns can be made direct to store, however all refunds will be processed through original payment method. Sale, Promotional & Final Reduction Items can only be returned for a Credit Note which will be issued in the form of a Gift Card which is valid for 3 months from the date of return.
