Christmas & New Year Returns
Any items purchased and received between the 14th December - 24th December 2020 will have an extended return date to the 16th January 2021.
PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS RECEIVED BACK DURING COVID HAVE TO GO INTO QUARANTINE FOR 72 HOURS BEFORE WE CAN OPEN, CHECK & PROCESS SO THIS WILL DEALY YOUR RETURNS PROCESS.
LOVE FAITH HOPE BOUTIQUE want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please thoroughly check your goods once received and ensure they meet your approval. If for any reason you are not satisfied please email us at email@example.com where we will try and resolve any issues.
If you wish to return an item you can do so however you must email us first so we can log your return. All Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns will be at your own expense. Please include your Full Name, Order Number & Reason.
Please take note of our Trading Hours which you can find on our COVID-19 UPDATE page, as parcels received on the days we are closed are returned to our local sorting office which will delay your return.
Items received after 14 days will not be credited. We do not offer an exchange for online orders so please ensure you check the sizing at the time of ordering.
All returns will be processed within 14 working days of us receiving back. Until the item has been received back to us in the same condition it was sent, it is your responsibility. LOVE FAITH HOPE BOUTIQUE will not be responsible for lost parcels.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS - Will be credited in the form of an Online Gift Card which is valid for 3 months from the date of return. The Gift Card will be issued to the original email address once your order has been processed.
BUNDLE ITEMS FROM OUR LIVE SOCAIL MEDIA EVENTS - Will be refunded as Sale Items which we always specify on our Live Events.
FAULTY ITEMS - If you are returning an item because it is faulty, or due to an error on our part, we will do our best to resolve the issue. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to return back to us. Once we have receive the item back for inspection we will contact you with a resolution.
Any costs incurred for returning the item back to us will be refunded up to the same original p&p value of £3.99. Please make sure you have proof of postage and a receipt for these costs as proof will be required to refund the cost. We recommend all parcels are returned to us via Recorded Postage.
FREE DELIVERY - Any items returned from an order which qualified for Free Delivery making the total order value below the required amount, will have the postage costs deducted off the amount due for refund.
CLICK & COLLECT - Full Payment must be made at time of Order. Our 14 Day Returns Policy will start 3 working days after your order has been processed for collection. Returns can be made direct to store, however returns will be processed through the online returns system and not in the Boutique.
PLEASE NOTE - When trying on clothing please take care to remove any watches and jewellery that may cause damage to delicate fabric. Also please ensure you are not wearing fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark the fabric. Please make sure that goods are returned to us unworn and in their original packaging with all original labels and tags attached for inspection as failure to do so will result in us being unable to accept the return. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on, pierced jewellery & underwear. In addition, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed. Footwear will only be accepted back if returned unworn, no marks on the soles and in its original undamaged box.
