HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE TO RETURN NON SALE ITEMS?
You can return unworn, unused items with all original tags attached and in all original packaging for inspection within 14 days of delivery, or if collected from the date your order was processed for collection. Failing to follow our requirements will result in us being unable to accept the return. We cannot except unwanted items after this time so please ensure you do not return any items after the time frame has expired as this will result in you being required to collect your return. Returns will be at your own expense.
Unfortunately due to the stock being live on our website we are unable to offer an exchange so please ensure you check the sizing at the time of ordering. For this you would need to return the item and re order the required item.
All items must be returned back to us in a Re-saleable Condition in original packaging and with all original tags still attached. Any Items marked with Make-up, Fake Tan, Pet Hair or smelling of Smoke will not be accepted for return. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer returns on, masks, pierced jewelry & underwear. In addition, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed. Footwear will only be accepted back if returned unworn, no marks on the soles and in its original undamaged box.
HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE TO PROCESS?
We aim to process all returns that have arrived back to our warehouse within 14 days. We are working as fast as we can with our small team and apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience during this time.
We advise returning your parcel with a tracked service so you can be notified when the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse. If you have tracked your return and it has been received by us please rest assured it will be processed as quickly as possible.
We, unfortunately, don't send confirmation emails when we receive returns but as soon as your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.
Full Priced Items will be refunded at the price they were purchased for. Your refund may take 2-7 working days to appear back in your account. Depending on your own banks process this may take a while longer. Please take in to account Bank Holidays.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Sale & Promotional Items Discounted of 20% or more can be return unworn, unused items with all original tags attached and in all original packaging for inspection within 7 days of delivery or if collected from the date your order was processed for collection. Any orders places pre this date will have 14 days to return. Failing to follow our requirements will result in us being unable to accept the return. We cannot except unwanted items after this time so please ensure you do not return any items after the time frame has expired as this will result in you being required to collect your return. Returns will be at your own expense.
Returns will be credited in the form of a Store Credit which will come in the form of an Online Gift Card which is valid for 3 months from the date of return. The Gift Card will be issued to the original purchasing email address once your return has been processed. Store Credits are emailed on a separate email once your return has been processed.
BUNDLE ITEMS FROM OUR LIVE SOCIAL MEDIA EVENTS
These items are treated as Sale/Promotional Items so please see our Returns Policy for these Items, unless stated on our Event as Non-Returnable. If returning part of a Bundle, the item kept will be charged at full price and you will be refunded the difference.
Theses items will be sold on our Social Media Buy Lives/Clearance Page and are advertised as Non Returnable.
GIFT CARD PURCHASES
Will automatically be refunded to the original card it was purchased on.
Where the Pre Order Service is optional at Love Faith Hope Boutique, Pre Orders are specifically ordered in for customers. Pre Order Returns will be credited with a Store Credit which will come in the form of an Online Gift Card which is valid for 3 months from the date of return. The Gift Card will be issued to the original email address once your order has been processed.. This is due to Love Faith Hope Boutique being left with excess stock. Once payment has been made for pre order invoices you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
CLICK & COLLECT
All click and collect orders must be collected within 2 working days. Your 14 Day Returns Policy will start the day your order has been processed for collection.
Any items returned from an order which qualified for Free Delivery making the total order value below the required amount, will have the postage costs deducted off the amount due for refund.

Please complete the enclosed Returns Form and include with your return, as this information (Name, Order Number, Reason For Return) is required to process your return. Please complete each Item line with the reason code.

Until the item has been received back to us in the same condition it was sent, it is your responsibility. We highly recommend using a tracked service as LOVE FAITH HOPE BOUTIQUE will not be responsible for lost parcels.
Option Two – Return by hand
You can hand deliver you returns in person on the below times ONLY
Out of these hours customers are not permitted on the premises and returns will be refused.
Tuesday 11am -1pm
Wednesday 12noon – 2pm
Thursday 4.30pm – 6.30pm
ACCEPTED RETURN CONDITIONS
Any unwanted items must be returned in a saleable condition. When trying on clothing please take care to remove any watches and jewellery that may cause damage to delicate fabric. Also please ensure you are not wearing makeup, fake tan, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark the garments as marks found on garments will not be accepted. Please make sure that goods are returned to us unworn and in their original packaging with all original labels and tags attached for inspection as failure to do so will result in us being unable to accept the return.
RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS
In the event where you are returning an item because it is faulty, or due to an error on our part, we will do our best to resolve the issue. You must email us at email@example.com
before returning any faulty items with a full description of the fault, name and order number. You have 28 days from the date of receiving delivery or for collections from the date your order was processed for collection, of your item to return back to us. Please note we do not except items that have been washed. Once we have received the item back for inspection we will contact you with a resolution. Items must be returned with all original packaging/box and not have been washed. All refunds are offered at the discretion of Love Faith Hope Boutique. Love Faith Hope Boutique reserves the right to refuse the refund of any item we suspect has been defaulted intentionally.
Any costs incurred for returning the item back to us will be refunded up to the same original postage charge paid. Please make sure you have proof of postage and a receipt for these costs as proof will be required to refund the cost. We recommend all parcels are returned to us via a tracked service and to to value of the original postal service. Any additional cost where parcels are returned via next day service/special delivery will not be reimbursed.
