We are continuing to stay in touch with all our Customers through our Social Media Links and Email. To Ensure safe delivery of our emails including your order confirmation/shipping information, please add our email address to your contacts email@example.com to avoid going in to your junk folder.
Changes to our Delivery & Free Click & Collect Service (See Shipping for standard terms)
Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders has now returned to our original charge of £50 otherwise £3.99
We have removed the Next Day Shipping option due to their being a delay in the Royal Mail Service and due to high demand on the postal services our standard delivery time of 2-5 days make take a while longer. If you live local and you would like your order quickly then please select the Click & Collect option.

Once your order has been processed for collection you will receive an email confirmation. DO NOT come to collect until this has been received.
Please bring your a copy of your Order Number/Email Confirmation and a form of ID when you come to collect your order. You can now collect your order any time within our opening times. We do not require a signature as we have full CCTV in process which will capture the collection.

Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with 72 hours of receiving your parcel with any questions you may have, and before any Returns are made. We will try and resolve any issues and will then inform you of our Returns Policy.

Boutique Re-Opening / Change to Opening Times
Lots of you will be excited to hear we are re-opening the Boutique with strict guidelines and a slight change of hours, subject to change.
Mon, Wed & Sun - CLOSED
Tue, Thir, Fri, Sat - 10am - 4pm
We will only be allowing 2 Customers in at any one time which includes children so where possible please come alone as this will delay other customers shopping.
We know its not going to be easy for our customers to shop but we are going to make things run as smoothly as possible and have set guidelines.
We have put an appointments system in place for local customers to book a 30 minute personal shopping appointment. Please contact us if you wish to book and avoid having to queue.
On entering the Boutique you must use the provided hand sanitizer before touching anything and please avoid touching anything you do not wish to purchase.
We will have drawn makers on the floor to guide you around the Boutique and ask all customers to stay 2 meters apart from each other and our staff.
Clothing & footwear that is tried on and not purchased has to be stored off the shop floor for 72 hours which we will be adhering to so please only try items on that you wish to purchase.
This will also be the procedure for any returned items. Unfortunately any returned items cannot be removed from their original bag for 72 hours. All returns will be kept off the shop floor for 72 hours and stored away safely and after this time the refund process can then begin. Customers details will be taken with each shop return. Online returns will be processed by original payment method.
