2022 has been yet another year filled with uncertainty. Pandemics, lock downs, Brexit and other issues thrown at businesses nationwide have forced many retailers to downsize or sadly close altogether, so we have made the decision to make some huge changes.
Some industries were harder hit than others during the ups and downs of the last few years, but it's no secret that the retail industry has been one of the hardest hit. That being said, coming up to our 5th anniversary, Love Faith Hope Boutique are stepping up their game with the launch of a brand new initiative which gives back to our customers.
Without the loyalty and support of our amazing customers, we wouldn't be where we are today, and we truly are so grateful. We have tried various ways to give back to our customers, with loyalty schemes, discounts, sale nights and events ... but somehow they never really hit the mark the way we want them to. We thought that there had to be a way of rewarding ALL of our customers no matter how often they shop, or what they spend. Every single person who shops with us, shares our social media posts and lives, spreads the words to their friends, are all an integral part of our business, and every single one deserves to be rewarded for being a part of our boutique community.
After a lot of thought, many late nights with calculators and spreadsheets in hand and thinking outside the box, this week finally saw the launch of the changes and new look system which will help everyone to carry on enjoying true boutique fashion at better than high street prices.
We launched the Price Drop feature LIVE on social media on Monday (if you didn't watch live, watch on replay HERE), and you are all LOVING it! Our vision is to bring you the clothing and fashion you adore, at prices you can actually afford to pay. We know you have rising energy bills and the cost of living is sky rocketing, but we are lowering ALL of our prices and they are staying low, promising to keep prices low until Christmas initially, and then we will reassess.
NEW ONLINE FEATURES
Just a quick browse on the website will show you the original selling price, and the new LOWER LFHB price on each item. We have lots of sized items back in store and online now too, rather than just the one size items. We have Curve range dresses, tops and trousers, new boots for Autumn/ Winter, and trainers we know you'll drool over.
You can now pre-order items which may be out of stock directly on the website too, and of course we still have Klarna which enables you to pay in instalments, or defer payments for 30 days, interest free.
The new improved Search facility uses auto suggest, so you only have to type in the first couple of letters now to find what you're looking for.
There's a Wishlist feature there too, so you can add items to your wishlist instead of your basket, to review them all in one place while you're making your mind up.
For the got-to-have-it-right-now items, we've added express checkout, so you can go directly from adding to cart to checking out with less hassle and fewer clicks.
Another new feature which we LOVE is the ability to review the products themselves directly on the website too! Have a look and review your latest purchases and tell us what you think - it will really help other customers too!
The social media icons are always on display on the right hand side, so you can flip from social media to the website and back again easily now!
